Hi, I’m Iasmim

I'm a Sydney-based UX/CX Strategy & Research Specialist and Product Designer. Half Brazilian half Italian, active social communication defines me. I'm passionate about UX/CX research because its application means empathy, calls for a collaborative effort and promotes functionality.

With a background in account and product management, experience as a digital analyst and digital designer, a Bachelor of Marketing and Advertising, a Master's of Digital Communication and Culture, and a Master's of Advanced Design, I'm a leftie and rightie. I use two sides of the same coin to approach problems creatively and constructively. Flexibility and adaptation are the deal.

On another spectrum of the same person, I also teach yoga and meditation, focusing on trauma healing. And I love my morning yoga self-practice. Good books, good chat and good movies are my inspiration. But I'm not as good with plants as you might be assuming I have many of them. I don't, but I love them.
